Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Babeldub paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which you are not charged again.

2. Free tier

The Free plan lets you evaluate the Service (limited minutes per month) at no cost, so you can try it before subscribing.

3. Refunds

Because the Service delivers digital output immediately and consumes metered usage, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused minutes.
If you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.

4. EU consumer right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the Service (processing a video) during that period, you acknowledge that you request immediate performance and may lose the right of withdrawal for usage already consumed, to the extent permitted by law.

5. How to request

Email info@sebdigital.io from your account email with your request and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
